PENGARUH PENGEMBANGAN SDM DAN KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KUALITAS GURU MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI (MAN) 1 BANYUASIN

This study aims to determine the effect of Human Resources (HR) development and principal leadership on the quality of teachers at State Islamic Senior High School (MAN) 1 Banyuasin. This study uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The sample of this study were teachers at MAN 1 Banyuasin. The results of the study indicate that HR development and principal leadership have a positive and significant effect on teacher quality. Effective HR development and good principal leadership can improve teacher quality in terms of effectiveness and efficiency, authority and responsibility, discipline, and initiative. This study has implications for schools and related parties in improving teacher quality through effective HR development and principal leadership.
