Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of work flexibility and work climate on the job satisfaction of GrabBike drivers in Palembang City. The background of this research is based on the rapid growth of app-based transportation services, where drivers serve as key partners in delivering services to customers. Work flexibility and work climate are considered two essential factors that affect job satisfaction, which in turn impacts performance and loyalty. This research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method conducted on 100 active GrabBike drivers in Palembang City. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that both work flexibility and work climate have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. These findings indicate that the higher the level of work flexibility and supportive work climate, the higher the drivers' job satisfaction. This research is expected to provide input for Grab in creating a supportive work environment and flexible work system to enhance partner satisfaction.
