Abstract

This research aims to determine the Influence of Work Culture and Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Swadaya Indopalma. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The sampling used in this study is the Non-Probability Sampling method and the type of sampling using saturated samples. The number of samples studied was 50 respondents of company employees. The analysis methods used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Analysis and Hypothesis Test. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between Work Culture on Job Performance partially and Motivation on Job Performance has a positive and significant effect partially, and Work Culture and Motivation on Job Performance have a simultaneous effect.
