Abstract

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai di dinas pemberdayaan masyarakat dan desa Kabupaten Banyuasin. populasi dan Sampel yang diambil adalah seluruh karyawan Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Banyuasin yang jumlah sebanyak 74 orang. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dimana dalam metode ini menjelaskan pengaruh antara variabel independen dengan dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Pada hasil uji validitas Kepemimpinan menunjukan bahwa Critical value untuk sampel pada taraf signifikan adalah valid. Maka variabel Kepemimpinan dapat di simpulkan bahwa Variabel Kepemimpinan secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang Positif signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja.

ABTRSACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership on employee performance at the Banyuasin Regency community and village empowerment office. the population and samples taken were all employees of the Banyuasin Regency Community and Village Empowerment Office, which had a population of 74 people. The data analysis technique used by the author in this study is quantitative where in this method explains the influence between the independent and dependent variables. The results showed that: In the Leadership validity test results show that the Critical value for the sample at a significant level is valid. So the Leadership variable can be concluded that the Leadership Variable partially has a Positf significant influence on the Performance variable.
