PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN TOKO INDOMARET CABANG MASKREBET KOTA PALEMBANG

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on
employee productivity. With research subjects at the Maskrebet Branch Indomaret
Shop. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique, this technique
is a technique used to determine the sample if all members of the population are
used as samples so that the sample in this study is only 39 employees. The data
analysis technique used is simple linear regression based on functional
relationships or one independent variable (organizational culture) with one
dependent variable (employee productivity). The results of the study state that
organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee
productivity.
