PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN DI RUMAH MAKAN SOTO BETAWI HAJI AMIR KOTA PALEMBANG

Thesis with the title "The Influence of Service Quality on Consumer
Satisfaction at Soto Betawi Haji Amir Restaurant, Palembang City". This study
aims to determine the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction. This
research uses a quantitative approach. The data sources used in this study are
primary and secondary data obtained from distributing questionnaires and
conducting direct interviews with the public. This study uses descriptive analysis
methods, quantitative analysis, validity and reliability of hypothesis testing data (t)
and the coefficient of determination (R2). Test t of Service Quality Variable (X) on
Community Satisfaction Variable (Y). Thus it can be concluded that there is a
significant influence between Service Quality (X) on Consumer Satisfaction (Y).
