Abstract
ABSTRAK
Toko Infinite Elektronik merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang penjualan barang elektronik. Proses pengelolaan inventori pada toko ini masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan buku catatan dan komunikasi melalui aplikasi WhatsApp. Kondisi tersebut sering menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti ketidaksesuaian data stok dengan kondisi fisik barang, kesalahan pencatatan, lambatnya proses pencarian data, serta keterlambatan dalam penyusunan laporan inventori. Permasalahan tersebut berdampak pada kurang efektifnya pengelolaan persediaan barang dan memperlambat proses pengambilan keputusan oleh pemilik toko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Inventori Barang Berbasis Web pada Toko Infinite Elektronik yang mampu mengelola data persediaan secara terintegrasi, akurat, dan real-time. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Waterfall yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem dibangun menggunakan Framework Laravel 11, bahasa pemrograman PHP, MySQL sebagai basis data, serta Visual Studio Code sebagai editor pengembangan. Perancangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang meliputi Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram, dan Sequence Diagram. Hasil penelitian berupa sistem informasi inventori berbasis web yang mampu mengelola data barang, data supplier, transaksi barang masuk, transaksi barang keluar, pemantauan stok, serta menghasilkan laporan inventori secara cepat dan akurat. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses pengelolaan inventori, meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan, mempermudah pemantauan stok secara real-time, serta membantu pemilik toko dalam memperoleh informasi yang akurat sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan.

ABSTRACT
Infinite Elektronik Store is a business engaged in the sale of electronic products. The inventory management process is still carried out manually using notebooks and communication through WhatsApp, resulting in several problems such as discrepancies between recorded and actual stock, recording errors, slow data retrieval, and delays in inventory reporting. These problems reduce the effectiveness of inventory management and hinder the owner's decision-making process. This study aims to design and develop a Web-Based Inventory Information System for Infinite Elektronik Store to manage inventory data in an integrated, accurate, and real-time manner. The system was developed using the Waterfall software development method, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The application was developed using Laravel 11, PHP, MySQL as the database management system, and Visual Studio Code as the development environment. System design utilized Unified Modeling Language (UML), including Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams. The result of this research is a web-based inventory information system capable of managing product data, supplier data, incoming goods, outgoing goods, stock monitoring, and inventory reports efficiently and accurately. The developed system is expected to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of inventory management, minimize recording errors, provide real-time stock information, and support the store owner in making accurate and timely decisions.
